Playing Handicaps to be calculated as:
85% of Course Handicap
2. Active handicaps only - Handicaps will be verified
3. The Committee’s Decision shall be final in any dispute
4. No entry fees will be returned after the draw has been made
5. Regrettably no refunds can be made once the draw has been made
6. Handicap index 36.3maximum. (Ladies with a higher HI of 36.3 may still play but they will have to play off the stated HI)
Buggies may be used, but a medical certificate will be required.
The draw will be put on the CVLGA website after Wednesday 26th July 2023.
Entry fee £39 per team. No entry form.

Vice Captain Janette McWhirter thanked everyone for attending the Team event and congratulated all the winners
She also Thanked Seascale for hosting the event commenting on the excellent presentation of the course and the good scores returned by all. The flowers around the clubhouse and the food served by the kitchen and the service from the barstaff.
First prize went to a team from Seascale June Hardisty, Shirley Temple & Brenda McCaffrey with 87 points (pictured)

2021 Team Event at Workington
Monday 9th August 23 teams arrived at Workington on a blustery dry day. The course was in excellent condition, and everyone was well looked after by the staff and ladies at the club. Thank you to Secretary Peter Hoskin and the board for allowing us to hold the competition.
It was good to be able to run the competition again after the cancellations last year. My thanks to Ruth who did an excellent job running the competition also my thanks to the Workington lady Captain Madeline and her ladies for organising the cards and the raffle.
